Tours and motorcycle rentals are operated by Andeli Mototouring Private Company which is based in Leoforos Mesogion 355, Chalandri – Athens

1. Booking and Deposit

The booking form is signed between Andeli Mototouring and You. By completing an on-line reservation/booking form for a tour, or by signing and posting a booking form, you agree and accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between Andeli Mototouring and You.

Once these documents have been signed and received by Andeli Mototouring, we will send you a notification (via email, fax, or post) of availability that includes the services in detail and the amount to be paid. The Renter must provide additional payment for any individual services that they may require on conclusion of the contractual agreement or during the trip.

A 30% deposit is required to establish and hold the reservation.

Full payment is required 60 days prior to the trip start date.

If the Renter desires a booking less than 1 month prior to a tour’s start, the full amount is settled directly.

If full payment is not received by the specified due date, Andeli Mototouring reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled and charge a cancellation fee.

 Payments may be made by one of the following ways:

• Electronic bank transfer. For electronic transfer, we will inform the Renter for our bank details separately.
• Credit Card (VISA and MasterCard only)

2. Cancellation Fees and refunds

Cancellation Fees are noted below:

• More than 60 days: 50% of deposit
• 60 days-45 days: 100% of deposit

3.Pricing

Services that are not included in the price, and do not form part of the contract with extra charge:

• Personal insurance,
• Meals & dinners (except where stated), optional side-activities and other extras.
• Fuel, tolls
• Additional transportation of you or your motorcycle en route where the Renter or their motorcycle cannot continue beyond the short and temporary assistance offered by Andeli Mototouring.
• Single room Supplement
• Airline tickets

4.Tour & Itinerary Changes

Andeli Mototouring reserves the right to amend the tour schedule. This may be due to several reasons, not limited to but including, war, adverse weather conditions, riots and or matters concerning Renters safety, operational circumstances such as bike theft or damage caused by fire. In these circumstances the itinerary such as the tour routing, attractions and hotels may need to be adjusted accordingly. This may also mean a tour finishing earlier or later than planned.

It may be necessary in some cases to change the schedule that was originally published for a Tour, requiring a change in accommodations or routing. Such changes may result from changes in the weather, road construction or other unforeseen situations.

Andeli Mototouring cannot be liable for unpleasant or unsuitable weather conditions that occur during a trip.

No refunds or adjustments to the trip price will be made for such conditions.

5.Tour Leader- Riding Safety, Traffic laws, Group Travel Regulations

Our Tours are run by a Tour Leader (Tour Guide). The decision of the Leader is final on all matters likely to affect the safety or well-being of any Renter, including riding competency of any Renter, any change to itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or the removal of a Renter from the tour.

If the rider does not comply with local traffic laws, or does not practice safe group travel practices as described by the tour leader and by guidelines provided by Andeli Mototouring, the agreement with the rider may be canceled and riding privileges will be suspended.

Riding privileges will be suspended for anyone under the influence of drugs or alcoholic beverages until the motorcycles have been parked for the night.

6.Luggage

Items of an immediate or personal nature such as passport, money, camera, suntan lotion, beach or day wear etc. should be carried in the motorcycle’s panniers.
If and when the services of a support vehicle are included in the Tour, we can carry one soft bag of luggage or one medium sized suitcase for each tour Renter in the support vehicle.

Andeli Mototouring assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or delay in delivering baggage to tour Renters. Any loss, damage or delay of luggage carried by Andeli Mototouring should be insured under the Renter own travel insurance policy.

Renters, their baggage and property travel entirely at their own risk, acknowledging that participating in a motorcycle tour means that certain risks can occur.

7. Our Fleet

For motorcycles that are provided to the Renter by Andeli Mototouring as a rental, the cost is included in the tour costs.

Andeli Mototouring will attempt to provide the trip Renter with the model of motorcycle initially confirmed to the Renter. If after having confirmed the model of motorcycle requested, Andeli Mototouring finds that it is necessary to substitute a different model, Andeli Mototouring will notify the Renter as soon as possible. If the Renter does not wish to accept the proposed substitution the Renter may cancel the trip without penalty and the deposit will be refunded.

Unexpected and uncontrollable situations may require last minute substitution of a motorcycle including after the tour has begun. This may include but is not limited to mechanical failure, collision, damage and theft. In this circumstance Andeli Mototouring reserves the right to substitute the type of motorcycle confirmed. Should Andeli Mototouring not be able to replace a motorcycle with the confirmed type or similar, a prorated refund for the difference in models, if any, will be refunded to the Renter(s).

The motorcycle that Andeli Mototouring provides to the Renter will be insured as per the provisions of Article 8 of the document “Private Agreement-Motorcycle Rental “.
In case that the Renter damages the motorcycle during a tour and if it becomes unrideable, then the Renter may have to finish the tour in the support vehicle. We cannot guarantee we will always be able to fix the motorcycle during the tour.

8. Participants using their own motorcycle

No motorcycle insurance will be provided by Andeli Mototouring for riders who use their own motorcycles.

9. Renters Responsibilities & Obligations

The Renter must have in their possession during the Tour the following documents which must be current and valid and are in respect of their vehicle and the Renter.

• Driving (Riding) license of the Renter country of residence. In addition, Non-EU citizens whose license is not printed in English must have an International Driving Permit or a translation of their license formally issued by an authority such as the ministry of foreign affairs, an embassy or a foreign consulate of their country.
• If bringing your own motorcycle: the vehicle’s registration document and/ or title, and the vehicle’s 3rd party liability insurance documents
• Credit Card
• Passport

10. Our Responsibilities

Andeli Mototouring is responsible for providing the services as presented in the tour descriptions according to the local standards. Andeli Mototouring takes no responsibility for any flight delays or scheduled changes which as a result might cause the Renter to arrive delayed to the Tour start or not show at all. In such circumstances no refund will be considered.

Other activities like swimming, river rafting, trekking or any other activity potentially suggested as a supplemental activity to the tour, are organized and offered by suppliers of such services and not by Andeli Mototouring. Andeli Mototouring is not responsible for any injuries, death or other damage caused to the Renter during such activities.

Andeli Mototouring is not responsible for any accidents. It is agreed and understood that neither Andeli Mototouring nor its agents are the guardians of any customer safety and that they, individually or collectively, cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the tour which might result in injury, death or other damage to the customer, his property or his family heirs or assigns.

11. Photo and video Material

Photos and videos produced by Andeli Mototouring or its representatives during a trip are her property.
Andeli Mototouring can use this material for promotional and advertising purposes, including images in which individual tour participants can be recognized, without any charge for the use of this material.

12. Force Majeure

Means any unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our normal control, which the consequences of could not have been avoided even when exercising all due care. Such circumstances or events include, but are not limited to, war, or threat of war, riot, civil unrest, industrial disputes or strikes, unavoidable technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports, terrorist activity, natural disasters, industrial disasters, fire, theft, flooding and adverse weather conditions.

Your booking is accepted on the understanding that:

• Andeli Mototouring is not responsible for any accidents.
• You will be required to sign a release and waiver form before you can participate in the tour.
• You are aware that motorcycling can be dangerous.
• You are an experienced, responsible and healthy motorcyclist with a valid motorcycle driver license.
• As a passenger you are aware of the potential dangers of motorcycling.

Andeli Mototouring reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
