Short Info: The county of Pella with  the famous waterfalls and the amazing hot sprigs of Pozar will be our destination. We will reside in the nearby village of Loutraki thus enjoying the benefits of the sprigs and suck in the amazing atmosphere of the wild mountainous landscape. The waters are 37 degrees Celcius and are renowned for their therapeutic properties. The surrounding area and nearby ski resort of Kaimakcalan create a wonderfully indulging playground that will keep us entertained for the duration of our stay.

Day  1, 622km
We start our day bright and early by  following the Lamia to Trikala route. The route is a real joy to drive and will allow us to see sights like Meteora Rocks and the bridge of Servia. Upon our arrival in the evening we will rest in our Hotel. For those that want the sprigs are open 24hrs a day and can enjoy a relaxation bath!

Day  2, 193km
We will drive eastbound towards the County  of Kilkis so that we drive through the Paiko mountain. There lie the beautiful waterfalls of Skra. The village of Skra is renowned in Greece, as the area where vicious battles between the Greek and Bulgarian forces during the 1st World War took place. We will have the chance to see the War museum and after a short drive we will park the bikes and walk into the mystical forest with the serene waterfalls. Then we will move towards the city of Edessa and visit the biggest and most photographed waterfalls in Greece, where we will witness the force of water coming down from almost 70 meters high.  Our day will conclude by enjoying a nice walk in the little alleys of Edessa town before heading back to our hotel.

Day  3, 225km
This day we have the option to relax by the  hot springs, walk the nearby mountain with its well paved route or do some extra kilometers towards the village of Nymfaio.  Nymfaio is a true gem with its masterfully crafted stone houses and is being considered to be one of the most beautiful villages in Greece. We will suck in the atmosphere and we will walk towards the Arctours Bear and Wolf refuge that operates in the vicinity. We will take a full guided tour and we will be able to understand the importance of this refuge for these wild animals.  Upon our return we will stop for a warm chocolate in Agios Athanasios village known for its lovely coffee shops and exciting mountainous cuisine!

Day 4,   565 χλμ
Our last day we start our descent via the  National Road. We will stop in the villages of Litochoro and Palaios Panteleimon for coffee and a light brunch before we drive back to Athens
